Lauren's First Day of Soccer

Sophie had no interest in doing soccer again, but we thought we'd give it a try with Lauren. She's a pretty coordinated kid and loves to kick a ball around the house. First lesson was a success! She did some dribbling and even scored her first goal.

Sophie had her first soccer practice this morning. It's a league for 3-4 year olds and is held at Sister Cities Park, about a 15 minute walk from our house. It took her a bit to warm up, but once she did she had a lot of fun. Her friend Vivian is also taking it, and I think it helped to have a little friend encouragement there.
